
        The
            Audit Review Committee (ARC) is a nine-member committee composed
            of five representatives of National DHIA, one representative of National
            Association of Animal Breeders (NAAB), one representative of the
            Purebred Dairy Cattle Association (PDCA), one representative from
            AgSource Cooperative and one representative from California DHIA.
            The Audit Review
            Committee members are chosen by their respective organizations.
        
          The
              ARC responsibilities include: 
          
            
              - 
                
To
                    meet annually and review the recommendations from each of
                    the advisory committees, 
               
              - 
                
To
                    endorse or modify the recommendations to ensure that the
                    auditing procedures are consistent between the various service
                    provider segments and subsequently submit recommendations
                    to the CDCB,
               
              - 
                
To
                    recommended revisions to the standards or auditing procedures
                    back to the appropriate advisory committee for future consideration.
