dairy records industry, in cooperation with the Council on Dairy
Cattle Breeding (CDCB), have adopted a list of auditing guidelines
and procedures to ensure
that
all providers are operating within compliance and to ensure both
the accuracy and reliability of the data generated by the the dairy
records
industry.
A
certified provider is one that is in compliance with National
DHIA Uniform Operating
Procedures (Code of Ethics and Uniform Data Collection
Procedures),
one or more applicable sections of the auditing guidelines, and
have
paid
all
auditing
fees.
Quality
Certification Services Inc. updates this web page regularly
with the most current version of the guidelines. Each document contains
a version (i.e. Version 22.0) and an effective date (i.e. January
1, 2022). Please be advised that when
referring to the auditing guidelines, it is your
responsibility
to have the most current version available. Quality
