The dairy records industry, in cooperation with the Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding (CDCB), have adopted a list of auditing guidelines and procedures to ensure that all providers are operating within compliance and to ensure both the accuracy and reliability of the data generated by the the dairy records industry.

A certified provider is one that is in compliance with National DHIA Uniform Operating Procedures (Code of Ethics and Uniform Data Collection Procedures), one or more applicable sections of the auditing guidelines, and have paid all auditing fees.

Quality Certification Services Inc. updates this web page regularly with the most current version of the guidelines. Each document contains a version (i.e. Version 22.0) and an effective date (i.e. January 1, 2022). Please be advised that when referring to the auditing guidelines, it is your responsibility to have the most current version available. Quality Certification Services Inc. cannot be held responsible for an entity's failure to keep current with auditing guidelines.
