The
Field Service, Laboratory and Processing Center Advisory Committees
meet annually or as needed to review the Council on Dairy Cattle
Breeding (CDCB) auditing manuals and submit recommendations for revision(s).
Each advisory committee's minutes are written and made available
to the service providers for their service area. The minutes are
also made available to the Audit Review Committee (ARC) for review
and action and to the QCS Advisory Committee and the National DHIA
Board of Directors for discussion and comment.
The
recommendation(s) of each advisory committee are only recommendations
and are not final until approved by the ARC and subsequently the
Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding. Once approved, the revised auditing
guidelines are published and available
for review and/or download.
It
is the responsibility of each participating service provider
to ensure that they are using the most current version of
the auditing guidelines for their service provider area.
Additional
information on each of these advisory committees and their recent
activity may be found by selecting the service area of interest below.
