Service Advisory Committee (FSAC) is comprised of field service provider
managers/owners and meter center managers/technicians. The FSAC meets
as necessary with meetings open to all service providers participating
in the QCS program. Representation is independent of size or service
area with each field service provider receiving one vote when considering
recommendations for revisions to the auditing guidelines.
